My name is Leslie Buck France;
I'm the overseer of Saintsalive.

I've been blessed to live on the beautiful
Outer Banks of NC since June of 1999,
and serve my community as an ordained and credentialed
Christian minister and wedding officiate, since 2002---
now celebrating 20 years of service!

Saintsalive has no walls; I'm a mobile minister!
I travel to serve couples and families all along the Outer Banks,
from the island of Ocracoke to the 4WD area of Carova.

My Journey...

The road to me becoming an ordained Christian minister began in the Catholic denomination, where I attended church and CCD classes until I graduated from high school.

Fast forward to the year 2000---I made a personal decision to claim Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord, and strive to obey His teachings in all areas of my life.

Shortly after, I began to sense God placing an additional call on my life to enter the surprising

mission field of marrying *couples seeking a

faith based legal marriage ceremony.

I became an (online) ordained and credentialed minister with World Christianship Ministries

in 2002.

At that time, Saintsalive Ministries (of which the name was conceived in 1993) was finally 'birthed'. In addition to being a music worship minister, and teaching both Sunday School and adult Bible study locally on Hatteras Island, I joined the Outer Banks Wedding Association in 2002 to reach out farther

to God's people who...like me...had strayed.

I can't tell you how much of a blessing serving God's people in this way, has been to me!

In addition to wedding ceremonies, I'm also pleased

to offer other Christian services such as wedding vow

renewals, baby dedications/christenings, adult baptisms, memorials/life celebrations, and biblical life/marriage coaching!

Pricing

Pricing includes unlimited calls/texts during the planning of your ceremony, an intensive 'phone date' a month prior to your wedding date, round trip travel to your ceremony location, submission of your signed wedding license to the County purchased from, and my free 'Continuing Care' biblical life/marriage counseling after your wedding day!

Find the town you plan to marry in here on the Outer Banks (alphabetical order), and see the all-inclusive flat fee.

I collect a $100 deposit (check or MO) to reserve your date, and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

If you wish to save on the ceremony fee--

my husband Jeff and I welcome you to drive to our home...

utilize our indoor and/or outdoor spaces for

your ceremony and photos afterwards!
